Prince Kofi Amoabeng is the President of UT Group and former Managing Director of UT Bank Ghana Ltd. He is a retired military officer (Captain) and an investment consultant. He graduated from the premier Business School in Ghana; University of Ghana Business School with a B.Sc Admin (Accounting). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute Management Accountants (CMA-UK) and a member of Chartered Accountants CA (GH). He was appointed to the Board of UT Holdings in 2006.
From 1992-2003, he lectured at the Ghana Stock Exchange. He has extensive experience in managing businesses through excellent customer relations, strategic and tactical business planning as well as strategic partnerships. His Achievements include Marketing Man of the Year 2006, Two times running Ghana’s Most Respected CEO for 2008/2010 and National Honours for an Order of the Star of the Volta- Officer’s Division presented by the President of Ghana in 2008. He is one of two Ghanaians profiled in Moky Makura’s Africa’s greatest entrepreneurs which profiles 16 of Africa’s top entrepreneurs.
Mr Amoabeng is a member of the Board of directors of the Ghana Interbank Payment Settlement System (GHIPSS), member of the Council of Enablis Ghana (Canadian Entrepreneurial NGO) and member of the International Advisory Board of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), in Ghana. -
Mr. Joseph Nsonamoah

Mr. Nsonamoah has been the Chairman of the Board since the inception of the company in 2006. He is a distinguished Business Executive, who co-founded UT Financial Services Ltd and has been the Board Chairman ever since its inception in 1997. Mr. Nsonamoah has been the Chief Executive Officer of Data Unique Group since 1989 to date, a co-owner of Prime Time Food Mart, Houston, Texas in the United States of America.

Capt. (RTD) Budu Koomson

Captain Koomson, Business Consultant, joined UT Financial Services in 1999 as a Project Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of General Manager-Operations and Director, Operations. Captain Koomson holds a ‘Certifikat’ (Degree) in Industrial Personnel Management from Germany where he also absolved numerous courses and gained extensive experience in Logistics.
He has over 20 years experience in personnel management having worked as the Head of Logistics Department and subsequently the Head of Personnel Department of Stockheim GMbH & Co KG at Dusseldorf International Airport (with oversight of four other airports) in Germany. He had a short but adventurous carrier with the Ghana Army having served in roles as Presidential Guard commander, Adjutant AFRC HQ, GSO III (INT) 1 Bde HQ and retired as a Captain in 1982.
Captain Koomson was appointed to the UT Holdings Board in 2006. He is a fellow of the Imani Group, a think-tank group in Ghana

Philippe E. Ayivor

He was appointed to the Board in September 2013. He is the President of American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana. He holds a masters degree in Accountancy from Virginia Technical, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Sociology from Duke University, USA.
He has worked for two major companies, Andersen Consulting and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) in the US and Africa over the past 33 years.
Mr. Ayivor is currently providing strategic direction to the senior management team of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana.

Justice Kusi-Minkah-Premo

Justice Premo was appointed to the UT Holdings Board of Directors in 2010. He is the Managing Partner of Minkah-Premo and Co, a law firm which specializes in legal, investment and property consultancy.
His work experience includes working for the State Insurance Corporation, Kwaku Baah & Co and Kokroko Ventures. He holds an LLM Law degree from the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 1982. His areas of specialization are Litigation, Corporate Legal Services, Good Governance, Human Rights and Constitutional Law. He is presently the Vice President of the Ghana Bar Association.
